TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAR CAR TUNING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) USD $100 OR (ii) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Rules, with class actions waived. For non-arbitrable claims, venue lies in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
