Authorized Noregon dealer. The DLA+ 3.0 XBT connects your laptop to any heavy-duty truck, by cable or Bluetooth, with every heavy-duty protocol. It works with JPRO and with the OEM software (RP1210C).

With the CTS bench base cable and your ECM adapter (Detroit DDEC III/IV or Cummins CM2350) you program the computer on your bench, without the truck: the DLA+ plugs into the round 9-pin connector of the base cable.
