CTS is a technical laboratory in Houston, Texas, specializing in heavy-duty diesel truck electronics: Detroit Series 60 swap and engine harnesses, bench cables to program ECMs, ECM programming and live CTS Academy classes.
The CTS team was not born in an office — it was born among trucks. We know what a parked unit costs: every day off the road is money that does not come in. That is why we treat your truck's electronics as what they are: precision work that is never improvised: it is measured and verified.
We specialize in what most shops avoid: the electrical and electronic side of diesel engines. Where others see a mystery of wires, we see diagrams, protocols and signals that can be measured, verified and guaranteed.
Every harness that leaves our laboratory goes through a controlled process of cutting, crimping with pull-test and pin-to-pin continuity verification. And when you message us on WhatsApp, someone who speaks shop language answers — in English or Spanish.
Today we focus on four things: swap and engine harnesses for Detroit Series 60, bench cables to program ECMs, ECM programming and teaching at CTS Academy. We no longer repair ECMs, turbos or VGTs, and we don't do diagnostics or general mechanical work.
