Connects a Freightliner CPC4 or CPC4 EVO module to the CTS bench base cable so you can read and program it on the bench, no truck needed.

  • Fits: CPC4 (Freightliner Cascadia 2014–2019) and CPC4 EVO
  • CPC side: the CPC connector
  • Base side: gray connector that plugs into the CTS base cable
  • Communication: J1939
  • Protection: braided sleeve and heat shrink

Requires the CTS base cable ($169), which you buy once.

Everything about this cable

How it works
  1. Plug the adapter into the ECM and into the base cable.
  2. Clip the leads to a 12 V battery or power supply and turn on the ignition switch.
  3. Connect your interface (Nexiq USB-Link, DLA+ or any RP1210 adapter) to the round 9-pin diagnostic connector.
  4. Open your programming software and work the ECM on the bench, no truck needed. When the software asks you to cycle the key, use the same switch.

  • The communication interface (Nexiq, DLA+ or other)
  • Programming software or its licenses
  • The battery or power supply, or the ECM

Works or we swap it: 30 days when CTS is at fault (exchange, not refund) + 12 months against manufacturing defects. CTS is an independent manufacturer; Detroit Diesel, Freightliner and Cummins are mentioned only to show compatibility.
